Refund policy

• Returns: Returns are only accepted in the presence of the delivery representative. Shipping fees must be paid by the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an order error, in which case shipping is free.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed in the presence of the delivery representative and only after the first shipment is rejected due to sizing issues. After the rejection, we will send you the correct size. (The same return conditions apply regarding the presence of the delivery representative.)
